Refund policy

Try Suit for free first; if a payment still doesn't feel right, you can have it back within 14 days.

The free trial

The first 14 days cost nothing. Cancel before they end, under Settings → Manage subscription, and you're never charged. The trial comes with your first subscription only.

14 days to change your mind

Every payment, the first one after the trial and each renewal, can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it. No reasons needed. This also covers the right of withdrawal you have as a consumer in the EU and the UK.

After 14 days

A payment older than 14 days isn't refunded, also not in part. When you cancel, you keep using Suit until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. Deleting your account cancels your subscription at once; if your last payment is less than 14 days old, ask and we'll refund it.

If we stop offering Suit

We refund the part of your last payment that covers the time after Suit ends.

How to ask

Write to hey@humantech.ch from the address of your account, or reply to Paddle's receipt, or go to paddle.net. Paddle, our reseller and the seller of your subscription, makes the refund to the way you paid; it usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days.
